He is the founder and executive director of Cadre Ministries, a ministry whose Ephesians 4:11-12 obsession is to equip churches to make volunteers wildly successful in loving and serving God. Cadre fulfills this obsession best by training trainers to take training back to their local ministries. Note: While Cadre will work with any size church, its special passion is the church with one pastor (and many volunteer leaders).
Bill is the author/coauthor of multiple Cadre books, training tools, and training workshops. Each month through www.cadreministries.com, he publishes Cadre Connection, a FREE gold mine of online training resources for volunteers in the church—and those who love volunteers in the church.
