A cadre [pronounced 'kah-dray'] is a nucleus of trained disciples around which a larger movement can be built and trained: a cadre of disciples who train disciples who train disciples who train disciples... you get the idea. Cadre Ministries is all about training people to encourage and equip others (see the life and ministry of Jesus, Ephesian 4:11-12 and II Timothy 2:2).
